Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mr Ride fleet management system available at mister-ride.com (the "Service"), operated by Mr Ride.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mr Ride is an internal customer relationship management ("CRM") and fleet operations system used by Mr Ride personnel to:

• Manage driver and vehicle records
• Aggregate trip and earnings data from authorized ride-hailing platforms (Yango, Uber, Bolt, Careem)
• Generate operational reports, payroll calculations, and tax documents
• Monitor real-time fleet activity and driver status

3. Authorized Use

The Service is intended exclusively for:

• Mr Ride employees, contractors, and authorized fleet operators
• Mr Ride accountants and tax advisors
• Drivers viewing their own performance data

Unauthorized access, use, or attempted access to the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. User Responsibilities

Authorized users agree to:

• Keep authentication credentials confidential
• Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its data
• Not share access with unauthorized third parties
• Report security incidents promptly to Mr Ride management

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party ride-hailing platforms through their official APIs:

• Yango Fleet API — under our active fleet partner agreement
• Uber Fleet API — pending agreement approval
• Bolt and Careem — planned integrations

Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the applicable third-party platform terms. Mr Ride is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party APIs.

6. Data Accuracy

The Service displays data retrieved from third-party platforms. While we strive for accuracy, Mr Ride does not guarantee that all information is error-free. Operators should verify critical financial data against original sources before making business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is the property of Mr Ride. Authorized users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended business purpose only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Mr Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (typically zero for internal users)

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or technical issues may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Modifications to Service

Mr Ride reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

Access may be terminated immediately upon:

• Violation of these Terms
• End of employment or contract with Mr Ride
• Suspicion of unauthorized access or misuse

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users via internal channels.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
